Lazio: A12-Interporto di Fiumicino junction

The regional authority invested 8 million Euros for the new junction between the Roma-Civitavecchia highway and the Romano Roma Interport, 19 January 2012 – In a year’s time (or little more) drivers will be able to use the new junction that will connect the A12 Roma-Civitaveccia highway to the Interporto di Fiumicino which is currently under construction.
The announcement was recently made by the regional alderman for Infrastructure and Public Work, Luca Malcotti.
On January 16th, in fact, the Lazio Region stipulated the tender contract for the design and build of the project, which was assigned to the temporary consortium formed by Consorzio Cooperative Costruzioni Soc. Cooperativa and Donati S.p.A. The contract amount, net of the tender discount, is of around 8,1 million euros.
